My Mother goes to withdraw some cash in SBI ATM,Gurgaon on 26-June-2014 When swap the ATM card then ATM machine was hanged so cash is not withdraw but there is Debit Rs. 26,000 in my SBI account. I have done complaint on online sbi complaint box. but i have no solution by them. They said to me, we are sure that cash was withdraw. But I am also sure that cash was not withdraw THEREFORE, I NEED CCV CAMERA FOOTAGE FOR PROVE IT THAT CASH WAS NOT WITHDRAW. And I call to Mr. Sanjay (ATM manager, SBI Head office, Delhi), he said call to customer care regarding camera footage, I call to customer care, they said call to Home Branch, I call to Home branch (Mr. Sanjeev) but he never picked the phone, I meet to Mr. Sanjeev (Branch Manager, SBI bank, g.t. road Delhi), he said i can\'t do anything in it so go to Gurgaon SBI branch, I go to Gurgaon SBI branch and meet Mr. PM Samria ( SBI Chief Branch Manager, mehroli road Gurgaon) and he also said i can\'t do anything in it.
