Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, This is regarding my personal loan from HDFC bank, which I borrowed in May 2014, in which they have charged higher Rate of Interest and Processing fees and unnecessarily given a policy to cover the loan amount At First when I applied for loan, I got approval, but no disbursement because I did not offer anything to their verification executive, which he openly demanded from me. This happened to in March, 2014. In May, again I received lot of calls from executive to whom I initially deal with. He assured me about everything. I discussed with him about ROI and PF offered by bank to my company is 14.25% ROI and 0.80% PF, but he told me it is for IBM and HCL type company. Finally, bank disbursed my loan at 15.50% and 1% processing fee. The reference number for my dispute with the bank is PNO-0714-009-DM. Please look into the matter. They are charging a higher EMI every month. With kind regards.
