Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir This is bring your kind attention that I had surrendered my Reliance post paid land phone connection (No:32575600) in the month of Feb\'2014. From April have been communicating with Reliance for refund of my adjusted deposit amount of Rs2616.00 and in spite of repeated assurance, Reliance did refund amount till date. Initially I was told that amount will be refunded with in two months from the date of surrender. Reliance is repeatedly giving me false commitment for last 4 months to refund the amount but didn\'t take any initiative to do so. This is a shear case of fraud & cheating. Hence I earnestly request you to kindly intervene into the matter and help me to sort out this issue with Reliance so as to get my refund of my deposit amount. Thanks & regards Samarjit Roy Chowdhury
