Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/ madam I had surrendered my Reliance post paid land phone connection in the month of February, 2014. From April\'14 I had been repeatedly requesting Reliance Communication to refund my deposit amount of Rs. 2616 and in spite of repeated written assurance by them Reliance didn\'t refund my money till date. Reliance is giving me false commitment for last 4 months to pay back the amount but didn\'t take any initiative to do so. This a shear case of fraud and cheating from their part Hence I earnestly request you to kindly look into this matter and help me to get my money back at the earliest.
