Sir ,
This is to inform you that my wife bought a shoe on 15.7.2014.artice no 671-3094 det &plan CNTR/4095X
COSTING RS 899 /-
After coming home it was discovered as defective with black spots and irregular & shapeless pasting .
When I along with wife went to the shop to replace it on 18th JULY 2014 at the Lindsay street Kokkata Showroom , the salesman showed a worse one , which have two different color on the pair and they said as no stock of the same and come after 15 days .But when my wife told him that the exchange date will expire after 15 days , the salesman misbehaved LIKE ANYTHING . tthe bill said that the item which is sold can only be exchanged within 15 days .
Now the question is that is it the treatment one should expect from a reputed company like BATA ?
Please look into this and necessary action msy please be taken at the earliest .
