Sir ,
This is to inform you that I alongwith my wife bought a shoe on 15/7/2014 from the Lindsay street Bata showroom at kolkata .
the copy of the bill is enclosed . After coming home , it was discovered that the shoe is defective because one remarkable black spot was there on one side of the shoe .
when I went to the showroom on 18/7/2014 to change it , the salesman showed me a worser shoe . When I asked the salesman to change it properly , he misbehaved with me & said to come after 15 days for exchange .
Now the question is that is it the treatment one should expect from a world renowned shoe company named BATA ?
Please look into this and arrange to exchange it with a new one , .Yours sincerely ,
