Consumer Redressal

I had purchased kenstar water geyser model no.-KGS25W5M on 14-Nov-2011. It has 24 months manufacturer warranty. Within 2 months it got short and stopped working. complaint was lodged, service engr came and he changed the heating element. Same episode happened three times within one year. Basically the problems occured in four months only as geyser is used in winters for two months only. Now since yesterday it had again a short circuit because of which whenever we switch this geyser ON, our home electricity supply gets tripped. This is the worst product i had ever purchased in my life. i fear it will again fail if repaired this time. I strongly feel that this is a defective piece which has some chronic problem .so i want this unit to be replaced with a new one on immediate basis ,which can work atleast for 2 yrs i.e the warranty period.
