Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/Madam We recently applied for new gas connection from Indane (Nutan Enterprises, Shop no1, Bhasker shet Building, Alake Kambla Road, Mangalore -575003), even though it is not mandatory to buy gas stove (we have an ISI gas stove already at home) they made us shell out 6500 for gas stove, cooker (which we have)both of which coasted us 3500 approx, along with that service charge and inspection charges (as no one came to our house at any point of time and we only had to carry the cylinder). On asking that why we have to take things which we don\'t want, they refused to give connection. Also they have been doing the same to every customer. on insisting more they are threatening us to surrender and take commercial connection. Request you to kindly look into the same.
