I bought a Tata Docomo Walky cordless handset in early 2014. It had 1 year warranty written on it. After using it for few months, the handset started having some problems & finally it was not function ing at all. I complained to Tata Docomo & they came to my house & collected the handset & told me will return it within few days. Two months passed by & now they came back with an old handset which is not mine & pressuring me to use it. To top it now they are also asking me to pay the due amount for two months. I have not used the phone for two months & they know it very well, still they are pressuring me to pay the bill. Please help me out
