Consumer Redressal

I had opted for trim package for 3 months first and then extended to 1 year trim package. ( January 2014 to January > 2015) at Pink fitness center at valsaravakkam. I have almost paid Rs.18,000. Unfortunately and unexpectantly, in the month of April, i was admitted in the hospital in April\'14 and diagnosed with Grade II fatty liver. Doctor has strictly advised not to strain.
