I Ajit Kumar has booked an consignment of my car through Agarwal Packers & movers from pune to patna vide CIN no U63090MH2005PLC154749 on 22nd June 2014.I have made the complete payment of Rs18500 vide hdfc bank chq no 000012. Mr Upadhayay(Mobile No 9323242850)from pune office has not responded to my calls about the whereabouts of my car after extensive followup for 15days he very casualy gave me the conatct number of Mr Pawan(9308084321) from his Patna Office.After two days of followup with Mr Pawan he said first that the trailor on which my car is loaded has been stopped by the RTO at gopalganj and i need to pay 8% VAT on the declared car value.I had serious doubts on that and when i start asking Mr Pawan in detail he immediately changed the story that sales tax commissioner is asking sales tax of 5%.He said that if the same is not being paid my car will not get released by the Sales tax commissioner. They are not even reay to share the number of the sales tax coffice and are only demanding money from us.I am based at dubai and my wife is being harrasses by these people.Request you to kindly take stern action against them.
