Consumer Redressal

This is regarding refund of an advanced payment to a guitar company named fendar. The company makes fake guitars in the name of original fender USA. They do not admit to it until someone investigates in too deep, and have duped many people like me. I made a payment of 2000 rupees yesterday for a guitar but they did not issue me any slip and just said to believe them even after repeatedly asking for the bill. They even offered a price cut if I did not take the bill to save on VAT. I checked out the market and found out that the guitars they are selling are fakes. Within 24 hours I asked them to cancel and process my refund. I have not taken the guitar with me, or had placed any order for any custom made guitar. I just booked a guitar that was ready available and in stock. The company owner denied any refund request however he will sell the same guitar to any other person who comes by next. He won’t refund my money even when I am not buying the guitar. This is unprofessional.
