Consumer Redressal

I am a govt. servant working in central govt organisation had applied for availing facility under category of govt scheme those who are joined as class iii and promoted to class(I) after 45 years of age in kalyan setu Kendra and attached all circulars’ including employer certificate. After a month I got massage that they had objection on my income which is more than 6 lakhs. I persistently request for not to consider my salary as per GR where as I don’t have other income for which I attached all form 16 of income tax for last three years . Still they are not accepting my request and I am deprived from availing this facility due to lack of knowledge or due intentional for which my son is not eligible for availing this facility . please help me to resolve this. It is noticed that same cases has already got certificate from other sethu Kendra
