I bought a new aircel connection from a local dealer certified by aircel. He charged 100 rupees for the sim but the recharge and the sim cost sums up to Rs 70.He is saying aircel officer has instructed him to charge Rs 100 but aircel website says it should be Rs 70 which all other shops are quoting. He has told me to return the sim and get back 100 rupees. It seems he is charging extra amount from everyone. Please suggest what should I do to get justice. Aircel is not responding to my compalints.
