My complaint is regarding one trouser which I bought from Delhi (Planet Fashion Store, Delhi). The brand is Van Heusen. Just within two weeks of purchase, the color of the trouser got faded. When I got in touch with the store, they told me that it is a case of consumer mishandling. This explanation is not at all acceptable to me.
