Dear Sir/Madam, My credit card bill has reached up to 30K , due unnecessary finance charges. Referring to above i had received call on 20th June from Mr. Harsh Chawla (+91 9953590114) HDFC Delhi , told me that your case is in civil & it would settle if i pay 4000/- & they would issue No objection certificate also , when i asked him about his email address & office address, He refused to provide the same . He confirmed that NOC would be provided to me with in 3 day after of payment , so i got convinced & paid Rs. 4000/- payment on 23rd June reference number is 8646A1. now 10 days has been passed & there is still no reply or feedback, even he is not picking my call, then i put some efforts & today Get his senior Mob. number Mr. Sanjay (09953590108), Mr. Sajnay gave me above email ID\'s ,& convince me your problem would be solved. This is not appreciated . they have kept us in darkness and hide information So please do the needful. So I humbly requested to you please intervene, This is clear case of keeping customer in darkness. Reference number of earlier communication is 14134803409 I was facing trouble with My credit card number 4346781014048698 due to unnecessary interest. Firstly a am briefing you, I got call in Jan\' 2012 from HDFC card division, He offered me that we have an offer of 30K investment in policy in addition you can get Tax benefit because we would give you 30K advance receipt at that time i denied to take policy but after 7-8 calls he referring some emotional things & convinced me to take the policy -14933249 till Jan\'2013 situation was normal as he said but after one year credit cards bills coming without policy EMI & without intimation then i call to HDFC he told me after one year that Tax benefit was only for one year & you have to pay whole amount then they hold the 30K amount from credit card & as i have thoroughly check now interest has been reach approx 30 thousand ,if the situation remain same as last year , If required I can show you basic amount i had always paid before the due date. Finally i have decided I am lodging petition in Consumer court We need your support to advise the same.
