Dear Sir/Madam,
please give us legal advise. we have booked 2BHK Flat in Umang Realtech Project of above mentioned adress. Unit was booked in July 2008 and physical possession of the unit we got in May 2014. Nearly 5 years. Builder promised to give possession in 30 months time from the start of construction. delay was nearly 2years and 6 months.
we were on rent and paying the same Rs. 12500/month. Please help us in getting the compensation from the builder for not giving us the timely possession.
