Consumer Redressal

I bought liberty gliders sandal model Amos 40 from liberty exclusive showroom near vishal mega mart bakshinagar namely Prem traders. I wore it only for one day. It has got manufacturing defect that one of sandal\'s foot base lost color. Now they are not replacing it. The defect is manufacturing defect as one of the sandal is having different color sole base and other is having different. I bought brown leather sandal worth rs 1900 and one sandal is shedding its color and is turning blue due to faulty leather which is actually blue, but was polished brown and fixed on the sandal during manufacture. I have gotbill and warranty but the showroom people are not replacing it. So i m filing this complaint so that i can get justice. I used this sandal only once and one of it shedded its colour which is due to faulty leather use. Date of purchase is of one month back. They kept my sandals with them for one month telling that it wud b replaced but they returned it to me in same condition.
