This is a complaint againt Kent RO. The product broke down 3 times within the same year of purchase. The service is also miserable in Bangalore. We purchased Kent RO from Devi International which is located in Jayanagar, Bangalore. The mother board stopped working 2 times in 6 months. It costs 1000Rs + 350 for service. The technician advices and advertise to go for AMC (annual maintenance contract) which is 6000Rs. It think it is all a trap, first make and sell cheap and low stability product then sell their AMC and service to make business. We did not do much research and that is how we ended up buying Kent. I advice the new buyers to never buy Kent and repent like how we are now.
