Dear Sir/Madam
I have purchased a sofa set on 31.03.2014 from Royal Decore Showroom situated at # 10-B, 1st Main, 1st Cross, (KEB) BTM Layout, 1st Stage, opp Jayadeva Hospital, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore - 76 But but on 22nd Jun sofa
got broke down, when asked for the replacement showroom manager Zubair said that cannot be replaced but can be repaired, then took it for repair on 03rd Jul to his go-down committing that for 6th Jul delivery, but today on 10th jul when i asked for my sofa he is threatening me and says that will still take time. I want to return back the sofa as there is no proper service from the show room and i do not have the trust on the product as within 3 months it has got broke down. kindly help inn this regard
