Respected Sir/Madam, I have taken AMC of my RO Aquafresh from 22.10.2013 to 21.10.2014 by Mr. AP Singh Mob 9868956497 & 9650491439)from Ansh Water Solution (mob 9266642897/9971669235 & 9015270142)WZ-21, II floor, MBS Ngr. Tilak Ngr. Delhi-18. Every time after lodging the complaint Mr. AP Singh will come for service after 3/4 days and he is not giving me satisfaction service also besides of this he is cheating me on every service i.e replacing the not working items of my RO into old one items not into new one. Due to that my RO after every service is not working properly and hope we have purchased the drinking water since AMC from shop is approx. Rs. 3000/-. It is therefore, requested that necessary action may please be taken against Ansh Water Solution and not working items of my RO may please be replaced into new one immediately and oblige.
