I had purchased a data card from MTN, number : 9136039370. The data card never worked, yet I paid the bill and requested my account to be closed. Despite writing numerous mails, MTN refuses to give a confirmation on account status. Their call center employee- Deepshikha says that account has been closed. The same number has been allotted to someone else now. I requested for an NOC so that I had a proof of deactivation. She suggested I put it on mail. Despite having marked a mail to mts, they say that the account is showing in someone elses\' name. I have been chasing them since 21st June 2014.
