Dear Sir,
I\'m having 3 BHK house at Vijayawada, and I gave that house for rent to Mr. Rama Krishna, who has spoiled my house very badly. We are not entered any agreement with him. Recently we filed a complaint in Police Station. At last he vacated my house. After his vacation of my house i had observed that my house has been spoiled very badly. All the furniture and fixtures are damaged. Now I want to demand compensation from him. He is not accepting with me for compensation. I want to proceed some action on him.
Pls give me some advise.
