Consumer Redressal

I had bought Kajaria floor tiles from M/s Prateek Tiles in navi mumbai. The tiles HD Eternity digital glazed vitrified tiles. After installation of the tiles , we found that most of the tiles had distortions which were visible to naked eyes. T Most of the tiles have undulations beyond allowable limits. Later I asked them to furnish me with the product data sheets. The details mentioned says that product doesn\'t have any visible distortions. I have emailed to Kajaria management but have not received any reply. I had bought tiles of different design for other rooms from Kajaria itself but they have no visible defects. Even their data sheets have same details and tolerance hence their argument that glazed vitrified tiles have such distortions is found incorrect. I have also got similar feedback from other tiles manufacturers. I feel that Kajaria has cheated me by selling me reject stock of tiles which have undulations and distortions.
