Consumer Redressal

I am a regular buyer of WILLS MAKE SMALL SILK CUT cigarette,at BIRATI. Small tea shops are selling cigarette also and they are charging Rs.22/- per packet though, its printed price is Rs.19/-. On query it has learnt that sellers of this locality is collecting cigarette of above brand from Dealers/Distributors adjacent to this locality i.e., at Barasat,Madhyamgram,Ganganagar,Durganagar,.I have lodge complaint to ITC also in their e-mail address which is also printed in packet But, no reply has yet been received by me. On to day(4-7-14), the same trent continue by charging more than its printed price. Small tea shops those are selling cigarette also is not able to give a cash memo for purchase of one OR Two packet cigarettes. As such, i am not able to produce it as evidence. I am to request your good office to deploy your own office machinery to find out this malpractices by the dealers/distributors and steps appropriate action.
