Consumer Redressal

I have sent courier vide 500559937 to Gurgaon, Haryana from Mandi,Himachal Pradesh via Pigeon Courier which is not delivered till date. I requested several times for providing me POD but all went in vain. Neither the goods is being delivered at destination nor POD was provided to me. I have paid money for availing such service facility. It comes within the ambit of definition of deficiency of services as provided in consumer protection act. I want to file a complaint before the consumer dispute redressal forum for financial loss & mental agony caused to me. Kindly support
