Dear Sir
We have given our building to a Kavya Construction Company for redelopment. Builder agreed to give us 484 sq ft carpet area but after two year he stopped paying rent saying as he have to give some stock to Mhada therefore he will give 380 sq ft carpet area.
Pls give us advice what we should do in this matter.
