Dear Sir,
I am usig coorporate connection with vodafone plan \"E_Connect_3G_299\" and this month billing dept. had charges of Rs. 99 in the name “shotformat_dwnlp_9”. I have not download anything like the name. I have taken unlimited download package as you know under “E_Connect_3G_299” Vodafone plan.
