With reference to the above, I wish to state that I joined as Field Engineer in M/s 3i Infotech Consultancy Services, Chennai on 1/9/2008. From day one, P.F. was deducted from my salary by the Company and remitted to you. I left the Company on 30/4/2012. Till April 2012, PF was deducted from my salary. I am enclosing a list wherein I have mentioned the details of PF deducted every month from my salary.
I submitted PF Withdrawal application to you and you have credited Rs.91
