Sir, although i booked for a refilled cylinder on the 9- June-2014, I have not yet go that. Despite all my efforts i have not been able to get the refilled cylinder. while trying to contact the agency people, they are not picking up the phone and if ever they are picking up, they are only assuring to deliver the cylinder but in vain.please, look into the matter and do the needful.
