Consumer Redressal

I had applied for a credit card from ING Vysya bank a month back. One of the bank representative had come to my office and while applying he clearly mentioned that my credit limit would be 3 times my gross monthly salary and also there would not be any kind of joining/annual/processing fee for the card. I received my credit card a week back and i noticed that my credit limit was just 25000 and i had to pay a processing fee of 1500. I immidiately called the customer care and requested for cancellation of credit card. I have been calling them for more than 8 times requesting cancellation and every time the representative lie to me saying they have cancelled my card but still my card is not cancelled. I dont want to pay any joining fee as i have not used the credit card even once. Request you to kindly consider my request and help me in cancellation of credit card without paying and fee.
