Consumer Redressal

I have been using a Vodafone Number 9874547062 since May 2013. The number was taken against an Aadhar Card as a photo identity and address proof, and used daily. However on the 30th June 2014 at around 10:00 PM the number was disconnected from Vodafone\'s end without any intimation. On contacting Vodafone, I got to know \" number is been churned due to non usage\". On visiting the Vodafone Store, they told me that \"the number was disconnected on the basis that the photo in the Aadhar Card was not clear and so it was treated as not valid\". The Aadhar Card is a government document and if the photo on it is not clear it is in no way the fault of the consumer, and so they should in no way be held liable. I have resubmitted all the documents and I need the number to be activated on an urgent basis.
