Consumer Redressal

I have a mobile no.98 73 827 105 (vodafone) that i want to convert post paid to pre-paid, visited vodafone store near sadar bazar opp.kamla nehru park gurgaon, Mr.Laxmi Kant executive of vodafone store did not accept my bank a/c pass book that was updated. i also told them please give me in written receipt on my application that you are non-accepting or rejected due to last time i meet then they told me bank statement and credit card stat is sufficient now they did not done my work on date 28/6/2014. i also request to their staff/executive Mr.Amit and Yogesh. My complaint is why they did not give me full details in first visit and not accepting my complain application or not any check list was there in the store.
