I have raised a complaint to vodafone regarding the wrong plan sold to me which let increased my Telephone by 1000. I have send end number of emails to vodafone but there was no proper reply from their end. Issue was the customer support staff which given me wrong info and i have sms from vodafone in this regard and even vodafone has the details but they are not ready to reverse the charges charged to me wrongly
