Consumer Redressal

one of my relative on my saying send books by the courier company, i paid al the charges for it. these books ere for my UGC NET examination on 29 june2014. but did not reached by 29 june,even they despatched it on before 10 day from delhi. when i contacted them they told that they have been arrived in panchkula sec 22 and u will hv to collect yourself from there,which i denied due to my job profile, then return these back saying we can not desptch these at ur address. now i need help.as i missed the books n my important time.
