Dear Sir/Ma\'am,
I have ordered a mobile accessory from http://in.mobilefun.com/ website worth 1,900 Rs. on 2nd June 2014 order number was 3879254, and the order was supposed to be delivered within the specified time frame of 15 days but it has been more than 24 days and I have not got the product which I ordered. The most annoying thing is I have wrote mail to the responsible person who looks after the delivery of the product but have not got any response from them. (customer.services@in.mobilefun.com). Please help me out with the situation and suggest me how may I get the product or the money back.
