Consumer Redressal

Dear Sirs, I have resigned from the job of the company Case Cold Roll Forming Limited, Gurgaon, on 19th December2012. I have submitted No Dues certificate and handed over charge to concern person on 14th January 2013. Till date, my full and final settlement have not been made. Also, my salary for the month of November December 2012 are kept on hold. Presently, I am not working any where and hence facing financial crisis due to non payment of my dues, which would be more than 8 lacs. They are also not confirming my total due amount, which includes my salary, gratuity and EL encashment. Please advise, how to proceed to get my dues from the company. Thanks and Regards.
