Dear sir,
My Customer id is 3001872563. I have been charged for the services which i have never demanded. Airtel DTH
executive has been given insufficient information and due to which i have
been suffering so long time.
My monthly rental was Rs 220 or Rs. 230. But i have been charged at Rs 295
since long.
Total extra expenses i have beared is Rs 560 which i have never demanded.
They have refunded only Rs 200. I want all money back.
Kindly do the needful.
