HI Sir,
I order for Philips DSP 2800 5.1 Multimedia Speakers from shopcluse.com and Order # 14040345 on 21 May 2014, 05:34 PM. I received the product. I thought of connecting it, but there was no place to insert the speakers & Dvd wire\'s behind the hoofer. Informed the same
shopclues. After lot of struggling by sending the 8 to 9 emails to them and calling to customer support they send the person to my place to collect the order after 15 days. Than i recvd an email from them as below

But it is already 18 days over still i haven\'t recvd the replacement nor refund. Please take an action on them.
