Consumer Redressal

Respected sir, i come here in karnatka for tourist purpose,i have a BSNL prepaid mobile no.9449358810.sir i want to complaint against wrong recharge by the retailer G B M enterprises,CMR collage road,chikka banaswadi,Banglore,560043 i told the retailer to recharge my no with 145 rupee but he wrongly recharge my no with149 rupees he shown me the massge he recieve that recharge is successfull,but sir i did not recieve any rechagre massage on my bsnl number.when i call customer care then they told me that there system is not updated now and there is not any recharge of 149 rupee is exsisting in bsnl and ask me to call after one hour but after that my call is not answered by customer care.when today i gone to retailer shop he told me that he is unable to do any thing for me,i told him that i will call to consumer forum then he openly speak me go and complaint .sir this is my humble request to the forum to do necessary action and help me to refund my amount.i m very thankfull to you.
