I had bought flat at Samruddhi Hill View in Bhivpuri, i had taken a loan from the bank and banker had paid extra amount of Rs.61,350 to the builder. Now when i ask the builder he is not ready pay back the excess amount paid by bank.
After speaking over the phone and sending many emails, i have not received any positive response from their end.
