Dear Sir/Mam, I had purchased Iberry phone from ebay on 17 th March 2014. From day one this phone is having problem. First time i made complaint to Iberry on 19th March 2014 about manufacturing defect, After keeping 15 days they have rectified and returned the phone. After 1 week again problem with phone. Since 50 days the phone is with Iberry chennai service center. As the phone is having problem ON arrival i requested for replacement. Till today i didnt get my phone. Even they are not responding to mails.Iberry complaint NO : 403037.
Please do the need ful to get my phone back.
