I have submitted my withdrawal 10c & 19 for the account KD/MAL/5105/A/6973. I received the partial amount through NEFT on 17th Dec 2013. Some part of the amount was missing.
I already submitted transfer from AP/23034/25763 to KD/MAL/5105/A/6973, but this amount not available in the settlement amount. This amount transferred to above account on 23/08/2012 itself (received information for Hyderabad office) but Mumbai PF office didn\'t credit this amount in my account in my settlement. Also I raised query (SROKN/E/2014/00883) and got the following reply :: for that amount is credited in the above account (KD/MAL/5105/A/6973). This information I got on 24th March 2014 form Mumbai PF oofice.
For this I raised RTI and got the reply:: We didn\'t receive any transfer from the Hyderabad office.
But this is contradicting form their grievance response.
I need to get my amount. Let me know what I am suppose to do?
How to approach consumer court/forum for this issues.
