Consumer Redressal

i have not got the subsidy for three cylinders i.e. nov,2012 dec,2012 and march,2013. When i went to inquire at the office they told me it will come in april,2014 but that did not happen. Again when i went in june,2014 they told me that i will not get the subsidy because the cylinders were non-subsidised one. I find this strange as cylinders in jan,2013 and feb,2013 should also have come under this but they were charged at the normal rate of Rs.437.50. Please guide me through the possible steps that i can take. the details of my lpg a/c is: consumer no: JG25518 distributor\'s name: APEX GAS SERVICE, 25, soni house, nehru road, opp. roop talkies, sactacruz (east), mumbai-400055.
