Consumer Redressal

I have bought a flat at Eden Tolly Greenwood from Eden Group, Elgin Road, Kolkata (www.edengroup.in) along with covered car parking. In all advertised and provided ground floor plan I have been shown a covered car parking (no Sqft mentioned). In all documents it was shown only 4 W parking in ground floor. Recently I found the builder has sold the same parking to a 2 wheeler owner dividing the parking area and they are not listenting to us for this misdoing. I want the support from consumer forum for fooling customer this way and stealing our hard earned money.
