Consumer Redressal

This is complaint about one Mr. Javed Bilal,owner of \"Shopper\'s stuff\", Opp. Reliance Energy, Sahar Village, Andheri(E), Mumbai-400099. I purchased from him two supposedly new Kashimiri Silk sarees for INR.12,000.00 and was told that if there is any problem the sarees can be returned for exchange within a year. Based on this promised I paid the required sum to Mr.Bilal and asked him to confirm his commitment and he gave me his visiting card which he said to call him anytime if there is any problem. After, I left for USA where I reside I showed the sarees to my wife and she said that I been duped as he sold a lower quality sarees as \"silk\' sarees and both the saress were having stained due to shelved for long time an aspect I missed as his shop had bad light and I was in hurry. So, on my return to Mumbai on 23rd June 2014 I called Mr. Bilal but he refused to accept the return. Additonally, he said he moved his shop to Colaba and currently is out of town. He threatened me to not call.
