I am reliance customer using number 7303785851.
On 19.05.14 I have wrongly done recharge of Rs. 153/ vide reference number AXMOB/MBR/9NL05H4A1930 instead of Rs. 156/-.
My net service was not working. On 26.05.14 I have recharge for Rs. 156/- & service got activated.
I have spoken with Reliance Telcom customer executive Ms.Shaikh at 12.56 pm. She said it was not possible to reverse or give talk time for the same & disconnected phone without proper reply.
till the date i have not received my amount Back.
