Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/Madame, I have a saving bank a/c no 10042970952 with State Bank of India A F Station Tughlakabad ND-62. The bank has charged Rs102/- as cheque returned charges from my a/c and returned a cheque of amount Rs15000/- to the payee though the amount available at that point of time was Rs 15034/-.
