I purchased 2nos of LG make split ac units on 8th June 2014 from Kohinoor Televideo Pvt Ltd. The company is yet to take up the installation work inspite of repeated assurances given by LG that the work would be done. I have waited for many days for the installation, but in vain, thereby wasting time and putting myself in mental agony. I would like now LG to take back the ac units and then never to deal with LG.
