Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I am having a salary account with Axis Bank Ltd. On 14th Jun-14, Axis Bank had debited my account with Rs.1400/- as some consolidated charges. Subsequently I had inquired about this deduction with Axis Bank through a formal mail and they revert that since your monthly transactions has gone above Rs.10 Lac and hence we have penalized as over limit charge for monthly transactions. Sir it seems very illogical & unfair that a customer is being charged for withdrawing his own amount from his own bank account. I want to ask following three questions to Axis Bank for this unfair practice being levied on customers. 1) If there is a monthly transaction limit(for withdrawal) of Rs.10 lac in my salary account then why Axis Bank has allowed me to credit/deposit an amount more than Rs.10 lac. 2) Why Axis bank has not credited any bonus in my account for depositing an amount of more than Rs.10 lac in a period of one month.(i.e. for depositing Rs.10 lac, there is no bonus but on wit
